Sit comfortably watch your heartbeat and breath and relax your thoughts and be quiet in the interior and imagine yourself wrapped in glowing white light.
Now imagine that you see yourself in the mirror.
Look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself: What I don't like myself.
Try to identify what you don't like about yourself. Now tell yourself "I forgive you. Listen to the answer that comes from the look that tells you: I forgive you too.
Now keep looking at the figure in the mirror and see how it changes before your eyes. Your character in the mirror gets a pleasant and bright look and you feel much better about yourself.
You can do this with people you want to forgive and release them from your grip.
Once you're done, put your awareness back into your body and open your eyes.
